HOW TO MAKE HUNTER’S CHICKEN

  • 1 cup (240 ml) barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup (100 g) grated/shredded mozzarella cheese (or a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar)

  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

  • Chips/fries or mashed potatoes, for serving

  • Vegetables (e.g. peas, broccoli, carrots), for serving

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
